1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Tom's Intern ("the Application") handles information. The Application is a private, internal tool used solely by its owner. It is not offered to the public and has no users other than its owner.
2. Information We Access
This application is a private, internal tool used solely by its owner to manage business documents (invoices, receipts, and claims) stored in the owner's own Google Drive and Sheets.
It accesses only the owner's own Google account data (Drive and Sheets) and does not collect, store, share, or sell any data belonging to third parties.
No data is transmitted to any external server.
3. How Information Is Used
Information accessed by the Application is used exclusively to organise, record, and track the owner's own business documents — invoices, receipts, and claims — for the owner's personal business administration. It is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose beyond that.
4. Data Storage and Security
The Application does not maintain its own database or external storage of personal data. Documents and records remain within the owner's own Google Drive and Google Sheets accounts and are protected by the security controls of the owner's Google Account, including Google's own authentication and access controls.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share, transfer, disclose, or sell any information to third parties. No data is transmitted to any external server. The Application does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
6. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure
The Application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- Google user data is used only to provide the features described in Section 3.
- Google user data is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior user consent.
- Google user data is not used for advertising purposes.
- Google user data is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
- Humans do not read the data, except with the owner's affirmative consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymised.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
The Application retains no separate copy of data. All documents and records remain under the owner's control in the owner's own Google Drive and Google Sheets. The owner may delete any document or record directly from those services at any time.
Access may be revoked at any time by the owner via the third-party access section of their Google Account permissions (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Revoking access immediately terminates the Application's ability to access Google data.
8. Children's Privacy
The Application is a private internal tool and is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for use by children. It does not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued operation of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
