Terms of Service
1. About the Service
Tom's Intern ("the Application") is a private, internal automation tool owned and operated by a single individual ("the Owner"). Its sole purpose is to help the Owner manage the Owner's own business documents — invoices, receipts, and claims — stored in the Owner's own Google Drive and Google Sheets accounts.
The Application is not a public product or service. It is not offered, sold, licensed, or made available to the general public or to any third party.
2. Eligibility and Access
There is no public registration, sign-up, subscription, or account creation. Access to the Application is limited exclusively to the Owner. No other person is granted access, and no accounts are offered to any other person.
3. Permitted Use
The Application may be used only by the Owner, and only to organise, record, and track the Owner's own business documents within the Owner's own Google account. Any other use is not permitted.
4. No Warranty
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. No warranty is given that the Application will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output it produces will be accurate or complete.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — arising out of or in connection with the Application, its use, its unavailability, or its failure to operate correctly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, source code, design, and documentation comprising the Application are owned by the Owner. No licence or right is granted to any third party.
7. Third-Party Services
The Application uses Google APIs, including Google Drive and Google Sheets, to access data within the Owner's own Google Account. Use of those services is governed by Google's own applicable terms and policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy.
8. Termination
The Owner may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time, for any reason, without notice. Access to Google data may be revoked at any time through the third-party access section of the Owner's Google Account permissions (myaccount.google.com/permissions), which immediately terminates the Application's ability to access that data.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued operation or use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
